Accessibility Statement

Please read this page carefully. Questions? Write to us any time — we are happy to explain.

Last updated: 19 October 2026. Effective date: 19 October 2026. At Dzone Ads, we believe everyone should be able to access everything without barriers — it has been part of our mission from the start. This Accessibility Statement explains what we are doing to make https://dzoneads.com usable for as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technologies.

1. Our commitment

We want every visitor to be able to read about our services, view our portfolio, request a quote and contact us easily, whatever their abilities, device or internet connection. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review the website as we add new pages and features.

We also bring the same thinking to the websites and designs we create for clients, and we are happy to discuss accessibility needs at the start of any project.

2. Our accessibility target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor, speech and cognitive disabilities.

WCAG 2.2 AA is our target. We have not had the website independently audited, and we do not claim full conformance. We believe the website partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA, meaning that some content may not yet fully meet the standard. The known issues are listed in Section 4.

3. Measures we have taken

3.1 Structure and navigation

  • Semantic HTML. Pages use proper headings, lists, tables and landmarks so that screen readers can understand the structure and users can jump between sections.
  • Logical heading order. Each page has one main title, followed by numbered sections and sub-sections in order.
  • Keyboard navigation. Menus, links, buttons and forms can be used with a keyboard alone, and interactive elements show a visible focus indicator.
  • Consistent layout. Navigation, the footer and key links appear in the same place on every page.

3.2 Content

  • Alternative text. Meaningful images have descriptive alt text. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers so they do not add noise.
  • Clear language. We write in plain English and explain technical terms where we can.
  • Descriptive links. Link text describes where the link goes, rather than “click here”.
  • Tables. Data tables, such as those in our policies, use header cells so screen readers can announce them correctly.

3.3 Visual design

  • Colour contrast. We choose text and background colours to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
  • Not relying on colour alone. Information is not shown only through colour.
  • Resizable text. Text can be enlarged using browser zoom without losing content or functionality.
  • Responsive layout. Pages adapt to phones, tablets and desktops, and work in both portrait and landscape orientation.

3.4 Motion and animation

Our website respects the prefers-reduced-motion setting in your operating system or browser. If you have turned on “reduce motion” (or a similar option), the website disables decorative animations and transitions. Content that would normally animate into view is shown immediately instead.

3.5 Forms

  • We aim for every field in our contact and quote forms to have a visible label.
  • We aim to mark required fields clearly and show error messages that explain what needs to be corrected.
  • Our cookie consent banner can be operated with a keyboard, and the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer lets you reopen it at any time.

4. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible:

  • Third-party content. Some features are provided by other companies, such as payment gateway pages, embedded videos, maps, social media posts and the cookie consent tool. We choose reputable providers, but we cannot fully control the accessibility of their content.
  • Older PDFs and documents. Some older PDF files, such as sample brochures or portfolio documents, may not be tagged for screen readers. If you need one of these documents in an accessible format, please ask.
  • Portfolio images. Portfolio items are visual by nature. We describe them with alt text and captions, but fine details of a design may not be fully conveyed in text.
  • Videos. Some older videos may not have captions or transcripts. We aim to add captions to new videos we publish on our own website.
  • Malayalam and other scripts. Some portfolio examples include Malayalam or Arabic text within images, which screen readers cannot read. We describe these in English where possible.

We are working to address these limitations over time as we update the website.

5. Feedback and support

We welcome your feedback. If you have difficulty using any part of our website, or if you have suggestions for improvement, please let us know. When you contact us, it helps to include:

  • the web address (URL) of the page;
  • a description of the problem you encountered;
  • the device, browser and any assistive technology you use (if you are comfortable sharing it).

We aim to reply to accessibility feedback within 5 working days. If a fix will take longer, we will tell you what we plan to do and give you the information or service you need in another way in the meantime.

6. Alternative formats and other ways to reach us

If you cannot access information on our website, we are happy to help. On request, we can provide:

  • the text of any page or policy as a plain text email or a simple, accessible document;
  • content in a larger print format;
  • a phone or WhatsApp voice call to explain our services, prices or a policy in person;
  • help completing a quote request or order by email, phone or WhatsApp instead of the online form.

There is no extra charge for receiving our website information in an alternative format.

7. Ongoing improvement

We review accessibility when we add new pages, change our theme or install new plugins, and we aim to check key pages with a keyboard and automated checking tools. This statement will be updated as we make improvements. You can also read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy to learn how we handle information shared with us.
