You will receive previews at each stage and a clear message whenever we need something from you. We ask that feedback for each revision round comes from one person or is combined into one message, so nothing is missed.
Payment Milestones
We keep payments simple and transparent:
- Advance: typically 50% of the quoted amount to confirm the project and begin work.
- Balance: the remaining amount on approval of the final design, before final files are released or printing begins.
- Larger projects: websites and long projects may be split into agreed milestones.
- Ad spend: for social media and Google campaigns, the advertising budget is paid directly to Meta or Google, separate from our service fee.
