Wedding Invitation Design

Printed wedding cards, digital WhatsApp e-invites and save-the-dates in Malayalam, English and Arabic, designed with care and proofed before printing.

A wedding invitation is the first glimpse your guests get of your big day. It carries the names of two families, the blessings of elders and the details everyone needs to celebrate with you, so it deserves to be beautiful, accurate and personal. Dzone Ads designs printed wedding cards, digital e-invitations for WhatsApp and social media, and save-the-date cards for families across Kerala, India and the Gulf, in Malayalam, English, Arabic or any combination.

Wedding planning is busy enough, so we keep the design process simple. Share your details and ideas on WhatsApp, review the drafts from your phone and approve the final proof once the whole family is happy. Our designers in Pulikkal, Malappuram, take care of the layout, typography and print preparation, and we can coordinate printing with trusted partners so your cards arrive ready to distribute.

The “Save the Date” invitation in our portfolio shows how a clean, modern layout can still feel warm and personal.

Why a well-designed invitation matters

It sets the tone for the celebration

Before guests see the venue, the decoration or the bride and groom, they see your invitation. Its colours, typography and style tell them whether to expect a grand traditional function, an intimate family gathering or a modern celebration. A thoughtful design makes people feel genuinely invited, not just informed, and many families keep their wedding cards as a memento for years.

Digital invites reach everyone, everywhere

With relatives and friends spread across Kerala, other states and the Gulf, a digital invitation on WhatsApp is often the quickest way to reach everyone. A properly designed e-invite looks as elegant as the printed card, loads fast on any phone and includes the venue location in one tap. Many families now order both: printed cards for elders and close relatives, and a matching digital version for everyone else. A digital save-the-date sent early also gives guests abroad time to arrange leave and travel.

Accuracy avoids stress

A misspelled name, a wrong date or an incorrect venue can cause embarrassment and expensive reprints. We follow a careful proofing step where both families can check every detail. In bilingual cards, we pay special attention to Malayalam and Arabic spellings, honorifics and the correct order of names, which are easy to get wrong if a designer is unfamiliar with local customs.

Our process

  1. Brief: share the names, dates, venues, functions, preferred languages and any style references over WhatsApp, a call or in person.
  2. Concepts: we create initial designs in one or two styles so you can choose a direction.
  3. Revisions: we refine wording, colours, motifs and layout based on feedback from you and your family.
  4. Final proof: you check every name, date and address on a final proof and give written approval.
  5. Final files and printing: we deliver the digital e-invite immediately and print-ready files for the cards, or coordinate printing so the finished invitations are ready to hand out.
Tip: Plan to finalise your invitation well ahead of the wedding date. Printing, distribution and posting to relatives in the Gulf or other states all take time. Approve the save-the-date first, so guests can plan travel while the full card is being designed.

Pricing

Wedding invitation design is offered on a custom quote, because every wedding is different. The price depends on the number of cards and inserts, languages, calligraphy work, digital or animated versions and any special finishes. Printing is quoted separately based on quantity, paper and finish, and we share the options with you before ordering. Visit our pricing page for an overview, then request a free quote with your wedding details. If you need a GST invoice, mention it with your request and we will confirm the billing details.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you design both printed cards and a WhatsApp invitation?

Yes. Most families choose both. We design the printed card and a matching digital version optimised for WhatsApp and social media, so the style stays consistent.

Can the invitation be in Malayalam, English and Arabic?

Yes. We design single-language, bilingual and trilingual invitations, and take care with fonts, spellings and layout in each script.

Do you make video or animated invitations?

Yes, on request. We can create a short animated invitation with music for sharing on WhatsApp and Instagram. Our video editing team can also create wedding highlight videos after the event.

Can I see a proof before the cards are printed?

Always. Nothing is printed until you have checked and approved the final proof. We recommend that someone from each family reviews it too.

Can you add a map to the invitation?

Yes. We can add a QR code on printed cards and a direct Google Maps link in digital invites, so guests can find the venue easily.
