Good design and well-run campaigns can help a business, but no honest agency can promise specific outcomes. The results of logos, websites, posters, videos and social media promotion depend on many factors outside our control, including:

  • your market, location, competition and seasonal demand;
  • how quickly and well you respond to enquiries and leads;
  • the algorithms, policies and auction prices of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google, which can change without notice;
  • your advertising budget and how long a campaign runs.

We do not guarantee any particular number of followers, likes, views, leads, sales, search engine rankings or return on investment. Any example, case study or illustration of results on this website describes what happened in a specific situation and does not mean you will get the same result. We will never promise “guaranteed first page of Google” or similar claims, and you should be careful of anyone who does.

  • Displaying a client’s work does not mean that the client endorses Dzone Ads, or that we are connected with the client beyond the project we delivered.
  • Portfolio items may show designs as they were delivered at the time. Clients may have changed, updated or stopped using them since.
  • Mock-ups (for example, a design shown on a phone, signboard or packaging) are illustrations and may not represent final production.

They are shown to help you plan.

  • The final price depends on the scope of your project, such as the number of concepts, pages, products, languages, revisions, deadline, printing quantity and delivery location.
  • Prices may change from time to time. The price that applies to you is the one in your written Quote or shown at checkout when you place an order.
  • Taxes such as GST, courier charges, third-party costs (domains, hosting, premium plugins, stock assets) and advertising budgets may be charged in addition, as stated in your Quote.
  • If a price on the website is clearly wrong because of an error, we are not bound to honour it, but we will tell you and offer the correct price before accepting the order.
