After you place your order, we contact you by WhatsApp or phone for a short brief. You will receive your first concepts within 3–5 working days. You pick a direction, share your feedback, and we refine it through up to three revision rounds. Once you approve the final design, we deliver all files ready for use. The final price may vary for complex scope — for example, detailed illustrations, mascot characters, intricate calligraphy, additional concepts or a full brand identity with stationery.
